Homeownership is the most emotionally charged financial decision most people make in their lives. Rocket understood that — and so did this campaign. "Help Everyone Home" wasn't built around interest rates or application flows. It was built around real faces, real families, and the specific, ordinary-extraordinary moment when a key changes hands.

The campaign was shot on location with real people across multiple markets. The strategic mandate was clear: stop marketing the mortgage and start marketing the moment. Every shot was calibrated to feel like someone's actual memory, not a stock photo approximation of it.

Alex's role covered social content strategy and creative direction — adapting the hero campaign for social-native formats while maintaining the emotional integrity of the brand vision. Diverse representation wasn't a checkbox; it was the whole point. The campaign depicted the breadth of who actually becomes a homeowner in America.
