The campaign was shot on location with real people across multiple markets. The strategic mandate was clear: stop marketing the mortgage and start marketing the moment. Every shot was calibrated to feel like someone's actual memory, not a stock photo approximation of it.
Alex's role covered social content strategy and creative direction — adapting the hero campaign for social-native formats while maintaining the emotional integrity of the brand vision.
