Alex Terry text-message terms
Alex Terry offers optional inquiry replies and follow-ups, and event confirmations, changes and reminders. Inquiry consent covers the inquiry you submit. Event consent covers the specific event you register for. This program does not subscribe you to ongoing promotional texts.
Your choice
Opt in using the separate, unchecked SMS consent box on the inquiry or event registration form. Privacy acknowledgement has its own checkbox and never grants permission to text. Providing a phone number alone is not consent. SMS consent is not required to submit an inquiry, register, purchase a ticket or receive email confirmations. Message frequency varies with your event and its reminder schedule. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping texts and getting help
Reply STOP to the sending number to stop messages, or HELP for help. You can also contact alex@emandme.studio. STOP applies to messages from this messaging program, not just one event. An event’s private RSVP management link can also stop texts for that event. Inquiry SMS choices can be withdrawn by replying STOP or contacting support.
START may remove the carrier-level block after STOP, but does not enroll you in new events or restore a withdrawn event consent. Contact support if you want to opt in again. There are no SMS-only purchases or exclusive benefits required to attend.
Delivery
Delivery is subject to your carrier and service availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Check your event page and email for current details.
