Alex Terry SMS privacy policy

This policy covers Alex Terry inquiry texts and event text messages.

Information and use

When you choose event texts, we store your phone number, inquiry or event association, consent choice, timestamp, the disclosure and policy versions you saw, signup source, user-agent information and a hashed network identifier. We retain message status and opt-out records to operate the program and honor your choices. Your registration contact details remain in the existing CRM.

Sharing

Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. SMS consent is not shared for unrelated purposes. We may provide the information necessary to deliver this messaging program to service providers, including Telnyx, carriers and hosting/storage providers acting for us. Those service functions do not authorize their own marketing.

Your choices

Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. Contact alex@emandme.studio to ask about access, correction, deletion or your SMS choices. We may retain consent and suppression records needed to honor opt-outs, resolve disputes or meet applicable obligations. Requesting a deletion does not authorize future messages.

Read the event SMS terms. Other website features may have separate privacy practices.
